Common questions

How do I get started?

Create a free account at app.onsuite.in, then install the app you need (for example OnClock) from the marketplace. Your company and team carry across every OnSuite app.

I can't sign in or I forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in screen to reset it, or sign in with the method you registered with (email, Google, or phone/WhatsApp OTP). Still stuck? Email hello@onsuite.in from your account address.

How does clock in / out work in OnClock?

Tap to clock in when you start and clock out when you finish. OnClock automatically tracks your work and overtime hours, and rolls them into a timesheet you and your employer can both see.

Why does OnClock ask for my location?

Location is used only to verify you're on-site at the moment you clock in or out. It is accessed only while the app is in use (foreground) — OnClock never tracks your location continuously or in the background.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account: your personal information is removed and your sign-in access is revoked immediately. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Employer: how do I invite a worker?

In Employer mode, create a job post and tap Publish. Open the job and share its QR code; the worker scans it, reviews the agreed terms, and signs to accept. From then on their clock-ins are tracked against that job.
